Our Aftermarket Team is here to assist you throughout the lifecycle of your Nitrex system, maximizing its uptime and performance. A service contract provides post-warranty expert technical support to keep your heat-treating furnaces running as efficiently, as effectively, and as long as possible.

Service contracts include on-site technical inspection and maintenance (over 120 inspection points, depending of the system), technological support including sample evaluations and process recipe correction, and remote online assistance.

Nitrex all-inclusive service contracts focus on four priorities – safety, productivity, prevention & longevity, and vetted & verified parts.

SAFETY Maintained through punctual technical inspections, evaluation reports, technical updates, and permanent support line.
PRODUCTIVITY Maintained through regular calibration and equipment cleanliness, as well as expert metallurgical advice and software adjustments that support productivity objectives.
PREVENTION AND LONGEVITY Early detection of technical problems and access to technical adjustments based on experience gathered from a pool of Nitrex system users.
