Protherm controllers feature an advanced process controller and a full-colour display with customizable graphics. Models are available with an industrial touchscreen interface, or an advanced control knob interface for dirty applications or where operators wear gloves. Optional modelling and target control can take heat treatment recipes to the next level. Detailed PID tuning features including multiple PID sets allow tuning of even the most dynamic control loops. Available as a stand-alone “light solution” or as part of a control retrofit. Custom applications are also available.   • A remote computer can be connected to the device through a standard web browser.
  • The treatment logs in PDF and ASCII-CSV formats are kept for 30 days. They can be downloaded and then further processed using any appropriate PC software (e.g. Microsoft® Excel).
  • A powerful Java-based configuration tool can be downloaded and installed on a local PC for configuring the device parameters.
