This strategic acquisition combines two highly complementary portfolios to strengthen AICHELIN Group’s position as a worldwide heat treatment solutions provider. By integrating Nitrex’s renowned expertise in nitriding furnaces and process technologies with AICHELIN’s broad technology offering, the combined group will deliver an unmatched range of heat treatment systems, digital solutions, and global service support.
