ECO-CONSCIOUS SOLUTIONS The Nitrex compact closed-loop water cooling system promotes effective water use by recirculating the cooling water required to cool furnace elements. Integrated with the Nitrex furnace, the water-cooling system ensures significant savings on utility bills by recycling cooling water to cool furnace seals, flanges, and the internal turbine motor. This eco-conscious solution has a twofold benefit. It conserves water resources and also extends the longevity of furnace elements.

FASTER LEAD TIME The Nitrex accelerated cooling system is an add-on to the nitriding furnace’s standard cooling that significantly reduces cooling time by 40% or more.* The shortened cooling time also has the advantage of faster lead and delivery times as well as improved furnace utilization, which leads to significant cost savings. This feature is especially useful for short nitriding and nitrocarburizing processes. *Exact cooling time may vary depending on part size/weight and other conditions.

ECO-CONSCIOUS SOLUTION The Nitrex closed-loop water cooling system is an add-on to the accelerated cooling option on Nitrex NX and NXH series nitriding/nitrocarburizing furnaces. This external system provides a controlled, stable supply of clean water to the cooling coils of the furnace’s accelerated cooling internal heat exchanger.

ECONOMICAL SUPPLY OF DISSOCIATED AMMONIA The Nitrex series of ammonia dissociators provide an economical and safe supply of dissociated ammonia used as an additive gas for nitriding processes. This is particularly beneficial when nitriding certain alloys that require the addition of hydrogen to the nitriding atmosphere to enhance the nitriding rate and efficiency. In certain cases, additional hydrogen improves control of the nitriding potential. Dissociated ammonia also provides an excellent reducing atmosphere for a variety of other applications including bright copper and silver brazing, bright annealing, and sintering.

ECO-CONSCIOUS SOLUTIONS The Nitrex series of neutralizers is the easiest way to eliminate residual ammonia in an environmentally responsible manner. This eco-conscious solution uses ammonia to neutralize exhaust gases from nitriding furnaces and other equipment and minimizes NOx emissions to ensure sustainable manufacturing.

We offer process-safe baskets and racks capable of withstanding high temperatures since their base material is not affected by nitriding.
