ECONOMICAL SUPPLY OF DISSOCIATED AMMONIA

The Nitrex series of ammonia dissociators provide an economical and safe supply of dissociated ammonia used as an additive gas for nitriding processes. This is particularly beneficial when nitriding certain alloys that require the addition of hydrogen to the nitriding atmosphere to enhance the nitriding rate and efficiency. In certain cases, additional hydrogen improves control of the nitriding potential. Dissociated ammonia also provides an excellent reducing atmosphere for a variety of other applications including bright copper and silver brazing, bright annealing, and sintering.
