Zack’s journey at Nitrex has been one of continuous growth and outstanding achievement. Since joining the company in 2013, he has excelled in roles across Production, Health and Safety, and Quality, consistently demonstrating his commitment to excellence.

One of Zack’s most notable accomplishments is leading the Nitrex HTS team in Indiana, USA, to secure Nadcap accreditation with an 18-month merit. Impressively, this was achieved within just 11 months—a feat that required intense preparation and dedication. Zack spearheaded the effort by conducting a thorough gap analysis to identify areas for improvement, upgrading equipment, and refining processes to meet the stringent standards of the aerospace industry. His leadership in organizing cross-departmental collaboration among engineers, quality assurance, and production teams was crucial in achieving this accreditation. This significant milestone not only opened new opportunities for Nitrex in the aerospace sector but also reinforced the company’s reputation for excellence and compliance.
