Earlier this month, Nitrex Metal took part in the 12th annual ‘Graduate Students Promotion Fair’, organized by the Politechnika Częstochowska (Czestochowa University of Technology) Student Association.
The fair’s goal is to connect the university and its students with manufacturers from various industries for research and development projects, business collaborations, as well as internships and recruiting opportunities.
Adam Siwek, Nitrex Production Manager, commented, “This initiative enjoys considerable interest from all parties. For Nitrex, our aim is to promote opportunities in the heat treating world and engage the next generation of engineering and metallurgical talent with the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in thermal processing and surface hardening of steels.”
