Nitrex proudly announces the newest addition to our Vacuum Systems team, Mr. Jay Jefsen, stepping into the role of Regional Sales Manager for the US Northeast and Southeast markets. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in commercial heat treating, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge to Nitrex’s vacuum business. Transitioning from decades of using furnaces, Jay embarks on his next career chapter—selling and specifying vacuum furnaces.
In his role, Jay will be a key player in the North American vacuum furnace market, drawing on his extensive background as a plant manager, sales manager, and heat treater to deliver a consultative selling approach. Nitrex has over 40 years of expertise in vacuum solutions for aerospace and general industries, and Jay will manage the accelerated growth for vacuum furnaces driven by the industry’s shift towards greener and sustainable heat treating practices.
