Nitrex Vacuum Strengthens North American Aftermarket Team

In an ongoing effort to elevate customer experience and meet the evolving needs of our expanding customer base, the Nitrex Vacuum division in North America is making changes within the Furnaces Aftermarket team.

Brian Ayala has been promoted to the role of Hot Zone Service Technician. Brian will now take on the responsibility of providing specialized, in-field technical support for the maintenance and servicing of hot zones. His understanding of vacuum furnace operations coupled with a customer-centric approach boost the team’s technical capabilities. Simultaneously, Kevin Ziegenbein has been promoted to the position of Senior Service Technician. In his new role, Kevin will lead service operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide mentorship to the inside and field service teams. With over 15 years of invaluable experience at G-M Enterprises, A Nitrex Company, Kevin assumes a central role in enhancing customer service excellence.

Sergio Luevano, Vacuum Products Manager, shared his insights on these recent advancements, remarking, “As the demand for increased value, improved performance, and extended lifespan in vacuum furnaces continues to grow, Brian and Kevin are stepping up to the plate. They’re the ones ensuring our products not only meet but exceed these expectations. Together, they will redefine the benchmark for excellence set by our vacuum furnaces.”
