We are proud to announce that Jorge Ramírez, IATF Lead Auditor and Manager of the AS9100D and NADCAP Certification Project at Nitrex México, has just received one of the coveted “Heat Treat Today’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2021” awards.

With a career spanning 12 years in the heat-treating industry, Jorge has become a cornerstone at Nitrex México in the last three years.
He arrived at the company as Quality Manager, where he helped map out the recertification under IATF16949: 2016 with new methods and structures. He helped to achieve full compliance of CQI-9 requirements, to create the Innovation Committee for AMEF and Control Plans, unified with VDA. This, in turn, has earned Nitrex high level recognition within the industry in Mexico.
