A mechanical engineer with a degree from the University of Mining and Metallurgy in Krakow, Poland, Robert Sokoliński has built an impressive career path that aligns perfectly with his new role at Nitrex.
His professional journey commenced as a supplier quality engineer and advanced through positions as a quality manager, production director, and engineering director. In each capacity, Robert refined his quality management skills, led teams, and established robust procedures. These experiences provided valuable insights into the intricacies of production and quality control, optimizing workflow speed and quality, while also ensuring safety compliance.
As Nitrex Plant Manager for the Polish facility, Robert will uphold the highest standards of manufacturing, product quality, efficiency, and safety for our furnace and control divisions. This encompasses Nitrex’s comprehensive range of offerings, including nitriding turnkey systems, vacuum heat treatment systems, and UPC-Marathon process and flow control solutions. With his extensive experience in team management, production optimization, and innovation, he is poised to make a significant contribution to the facility’s ongoing growth.
