As we proudly celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve shared and the remarkable progress we’ve achieved together. It is with profound gratitude and pride that I extend this milestone to all of you who have been a part of our story.

Starting from our humble beginnings in 1984, Nitrex has grown into a global leader in heat treatment solutions. Our journey from a pioneering company in controlled nitriding to a leader in end-to-end control solutions has been driven by our relentless commitment to innovation. Over the past four decades, we have not only advanced our technologies but have also expanded our capabilities to offer comprehensive solutions that include cutting-edge technologies, deep expertise, and unparalleled know-how in metallurgy, engineering, process optimization, and automation.

In the five years since I joined Nitrex, I have witnessed firsthand the extraordinary strides we have made. We’ve broadened our turnkey systems to include advanced vacuum furnaces, introduced cutting-edge technology to improve brake rotor performance, expanded our heat-treating services to meet a wider range of customer needs, and fully embraced digitalization with the launch of QMULUS, amongst many more initiatives. These innovations have transformed our offerings, streamlining complex processes for our customers and significantly enhancing their operational efficiency through the latest technological advancements.

This year, we also share in the celebration of another significant milestone: our UPC-Marathon office in Germany’s 50th anniversary. This achievement is not just a testament to their endurance but also a reflection of the collective  accomplishments of our global team.

As we look ahead, our mission remains clear: to deliver more than just furnaces and controls, but complete turnkey solutions that enhance production, improve quality, and ultimately make a difference in everyday life. Our technologies are behind the products people rely on daily, improving their performance, durability, and value. We are excited about the future and the possibilities it holds, and we deeply appreciate the unwavering support of our shareholders, employees, partners, and suppliers.
