RETURN A UPC-MARATHON PRODUCT FOR SERVICE

UPC-Marathon customers can return a UPC-Marathon product for evaluation, repair, calibration or in-warranty service. Before sending your product for service, contact us to get an RMA (return materials authorization) number.

Once you have an RMA number, select your region from the menu bar below, and proceed to complete the online form. When you receive the email confirmation, print a copy and include it with the return item.

Please note that UPC-Marathon will pay the cost of shipping and returning products for in-warranty service. If the returned item is found to be damaged as a result of an accident, abuse, misuse, or through unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification, the warranty is void and the customer will be notified. In such an event, a quote will be issued for service and repairs including shipping costs.

For all non-warranty RMAs, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from UPC-Marathon.

UPC-Marathon will not perform any services on items received that do not have an RMA number.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Call or email UPC-Marathon to assign an RMA number for your return.
  2. Fill out the form, explain the issue you are experiencing, and the conditions under which it appears.
  3. After submitting the RMA form, print the email confirmation you receive and include the copy with your returned item(s). Please ship to the following address:
