Olivier Caurette joined UPC-Marathon (United Process Controls) in 2019 as President and is responsible for achieving global synergy across the company’s operations in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. He has over 25 years of proven expertise in guiding international corporations to manage challenging and complex projects.
EXPERTISE IN GUIDING INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS TO MANAGE CHALLENGING AND COMPLEX PROJECTS
Prior to that, he worked for seventeen years at Bombardier Transportation, a global company in train manufacturing, and held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership in procurement and supply chain sourcing – leading operational and strategic initiatives that improved quality and generated growth and profitability.
Born in France, having worked across Europe, and now residing in Germany with his wife and three children, Olivier has a unique multicultural approach to general management, major turnarounds, project executions, and customer focus. He brings high momentum, team spirit, delivery orientation, strategic thinking, and transparency to the UPC-Marathon organization. Being a team player, he is always ready to support and has a high interest in developing his teams. In his pastime, Olivier enjoys sports, cycling, hiking, snowboarding, and he loves to undertake challenges like climbing the Mont Blanc or Kilimanjaro summits.
