Nitrex heat treating furnaces are designed to operate in a totally automatic fashion as part of a turnkey nitriding / nitrocarburizing system. All phases of the process such as purging, heating, nitriding, and cooling are accomplished in one uninterrupted cycle. The furnaces are equipped with multiple controlled heating zones. Such an arrangement assures a +/-5°C (9°F) temperature uniformity within the working zone.

All furnaces are equipped with a Nitrex control system, customized for each user. However if you already own a nitriding furnace it may be retrofitted / upgraded with a Nitrex nitriding control system for better nitriding process control and results.
